20 Cards - Updates and more

My challenge is well underway, plenty of interesting responses so far. Before I unveil my picks, you still have time to chime in.

Before I reveal my picks, I thought it would be fun to review the cards that came with the package. The original package came with 16 cards plus 4 "junk" cards that functioned as advertisements. Of the 16 real baseball cards, I got:

1986 Donruss:
#67: Ryne Sandberg (x2)

#81: Ron Oester
#83: Tommy Herr
#242: Tim Teufel
#243: Dave Concepcion
#245: Fred Lynn

1987 Donruss:
I'm always amused by the full names on the backs of the Donruss cards.
#430: William Patrick Perry

#431: Terrance Stephen Puhl

1988 Score:
(I've never noticed that the team name is no where to be found on the front of these cards)
#4: Andre Dawson

#240: Tommy John
#524: Manny Trillo

2001 Topps:
I wish I would have gotten the last two cards from this that I actually needed!
152: Ron Villone

263: Doug Brocail
267: Kevin Millar
435: Sterling Hitchcock

Overall, an interesting bunch of cards. There were 3 Reds (and 4 Cubs) so that's something positive (for me). I can't complain about two Sandbergs, because honestly if you are going to have two of any of those players, it'd either be Sandberg or Concepcion. It says something about the oversaturation of 80s baseball cards that 20+ years later they are still being given out as giveaways with products...

This is your last chance to tell me what 20 cards you'd pick to display in your collection. My choices will be unveiled shortly.
