Just about a month ago, I posted a contest asking you to pick the 6 division leaders for May 24. Since we are only 1 day away, it's safe to assign any division leader with more than a 1.5 game lead for the purposes of the contest. As of tomorrow, the Tigers, Rangers, Phillies, and Dodgers are all guaranteed to be in first place (alone). Only the AL East and NL Central could see a change at the top between today's games and tomorrow morning.
So, how did everyone do using just the preliminary 4 division "winners"?

If nothing else, I guess that ought to be proof that:
a) Collectively, we still have no idea what is going to happen even one month later, and
b) picking division leaders isn't as easy as at least I thought it would be!
As you can see, NO one picked even the 4 division leaders that are set in stone - let alone the two undecided division leaders.
And so, the best thing I can think of (since I didn't expect this to happen!) is to open the contest up again for the next month.
THE CONTEST:
Pick the 6 division leaders (or more in case of a tie for division lead, you must note that in your picks). The contest will remain open until May 31. The contest will end on July 1 (i.e. who will be leading each division after the June games are done)? As before, the first person who comments with the correct predictions AND who leaves a way for me to contact him or her will be the winner.
Good luck - and here are my picks for what they are worth:
NL East: Phillies
NL Central: Reds
NL West: Dodgers
AL East: Red Sox
AL Central: Tigers
AL West: Angels
I'll try to make the prize will be cards of each of the 6 division leading teams or something else equally awesome if I happen to not have anything interesting from the 6 division leading teams (relics, autographs, etc.)
