It's beginning to look like the majority of the cards in the remaining 1999 Collector's Choice packs will be doubles - probably the only consistently new cards will be any of the inserts that might be pulled.  Unfortunately for the group break participants, no one claimed the Rangers so it's yet another Ranger that I get!
