Group Break Leaderboard and 1999 Collector's Choice Pack 16

Let's rip one more pack and then update the leaderboard!

1999 Collector's Choice
Pack 16

1.  Gabe Kapler (Tigers)
27.  J.D. Drew (Cardinals)

35.  Greg Maddux (Braves)
47.  Darin Erstad (Angels)
64.  Pedro Martinez (Red Sox)

75.  Dmitri Young (Reds)
80.  Kenny Lofton (Indians)
102.  Jeff Cirillo (Brewers)
114.  Rey Ordonez (Mets)
155.  Roger Clemens (Blue Jays)
SQ19.  Scott Rolen - *StarQuest (Phillies)

Another insert for the Phillies - this time of much maligned star Scott Rolen.
15 of 30.  Orlando Hernandez - Bobbin' Head (Yankees)

Another nice pull for the Yankees!  However, I have decided that the more you look at the Bobbin' Head cards, the creepier they get!

Summary:
Hopefully everyone is satisfied with their haul so far - it's rare that every team in a group break ends up with at least one insert...but that's already happened with this group break (and I'm only about halfway done)!  Some of the teams that were low in numbers made some dramatic gains (Mets & Pirates especially) which has helped even out the distribution somewhat.  The Indians are now tied with the As/White Sox pile for the most base cards while a whole bunch of piles are tied with 3 inserts each.
