As my readers know, I began the idea of a trade stack in the middle of December and have been continually trotting out new trade stacks as the old ones are claimed. My latest acquisitions are the results of two such claimed trade stacks.
Cam, from The Bullpen Cardboard, claimed a trade stack of 17 cards for the following two that I needed.
2010 Topps:
Cards Your Mother Threw Out:
CMT29. Rickey Henderson
CMT66. Warren Spahn
A few days later, Cam claimed a much smaller stack of 4 cards in exchange for one more off my want list:
2009 Upper Deck Spectrum:
31. Travis Hafner
In this way, the trade stack resulted in a win for everyone - Cam got 21 cards, including some inserts, and I was able to knock another three cards off my want list before the 2011 set acquisitions begin in earnest! Thanks a lot Cam, and as always, if anyone else would like to trade - check out my want list and make an offer!
