Topps National Chicle: Packs 18 and 19 - A Hit Found (?)

I told you a few packs ago that this box contained at least one hit.  It's been 17 packs though, and we've yet to find that hit...will the hit be hiding in either of the next two packs?  Read on to find out!

Checklist 1

Well, no hit in that pack - but I did manage to pull a short print.  The Carrasco is part of the rookie renditions short printed subset.  This is the second card from that particular subset from the box - the other was the Michael Dunn card.  I also found the Cliff Lee card interesting - especially the design in the background.  It's got a real "artsy" feel to it - and that's cool considering this is an all-art set!

NCA-HR.  Autograph - Henry Rodriguez

Woo!  An on-card autograph!  These are seeded 1:30 packs, so they aren't quite one-per-box...thus getting one felt fairly special (especially considering this is a retail box remember)!  I don't know anything about Henry Rodriguez - and I don't have a lot of Oakland A's fans that I trade with - but if someone happens to be interested I would be willing to trade the card for something(s) that I need.
