Group Break: 2004 Cracker Jack - Packs 3, 4, 5, and 6

If you missed either of the first two group break posts from today, you really ought to go back and check them out...especially the last post!

Can our good luck continue?  Let's find out!

Pack 3:
Ichiro - Mariners
Williams - Yankees
Millar - Red Sox
Mulder - Athletics
Jones - Braves
Sabathia - Indians
Hinske - Blue Jays
Mini:  Nomo - Dodgers
Special surprise:
Sticker:  Jones - Braves

This pack goes to the Braves with both the sticker version and the regular base version of Andruw Jones.

Pack 4:
Morris - Cardinals
Harris - Yankees
Lowe - Red Sox
Loria - Marlins
Vazquez - Yankees
Pie - Cubs
Wolf - Phillies
Mini:  MIller - Astros
Secret surprise:
Sticker:  Wilson - Rockies

So far, the first four packs have yielded four stickers as the "secret surprise."  It's beginning to be less of a secret...  I'll give the pack win to the Rockies, though again there really isn't any stand-out team in the pack.

Pack 5:
Jeter - Yankees
Biggio - Astros
Furcal - Braves
Leiter - Mets
Lieberthal - Phillies
Halladay - Blue Jays

Renteria - Cardinals
Mini:  Jenkins - Brewers
Secret surprise:
Sticker:  Lowell - Marlins

Pack 4 may not have had a lot of star power but Pack 5 brought the A-team.  You could make an argument for a bunch of the teams...but I'm going with the Blue Jays because I like the horizontal Halladay card the best (plus Halladay is a beast of a pitcher)!

Pack 6:
Podsednik - Brewers
Lee - Rays
Munson - Tigers
Ponson - Orioles
Phillips - Mets
Koskie - Twins
Konerko - White Sox
Blue mini parallel:  Sabathia - Indians

Secret surprise:
Sticker:  Nevin - Padres
Take Me Out to the Ball Game - Relic:  Albert Pujols - Cardinals

The blue minis parallels are seeded 1:10 packs which makes this a nice pick-up for the Indians...even better considering who the subject is!  However, the blue mini has no chance against an Albert Pujols relic!  The Take Me Out to the Ball Game relics are seeded at various rates - according to the box, the Pujols relic (as a jersey) belongs to Group G which, as a group, are seeded 1:211 packs!!  A great, great score for the Cardinals (and a pack win to boot)!

How's that for a day's worth of pack breaks?  Lots of great stuff today...let's hope the rest of the break continues the momentum!
