Happy 2017 everyone! I hope that this new year treats you and your family well - and I wish nothing but the best for all of my blog readers.
As for me, 2017 is looking like it could be a great year. First, I'm teaching another new course (Mathematics of the Ancient and Modern World) which includes a travel component to Italy and Greece in spring 2017.
In terms of baseball cards, I still have a number of awesome trade packages to post on the blog (packages that obviously arrived in 2016). I also have grand plans to make serious progress on my collection reorganization this year (though we'll see how that goes, won't we)?
For my other hobbies, I recieved a veritable treasure trove of LEGO sets for Christmas - so many, in fact, that I'll be building for quite some time in 2017! I hope to continue working on my custom LEGO City...and I also have some woodworking plans to make some new shelves and other things in order to better display my various collections.
Overall, I'm looking forward to 2017 a lot...and like most people, I won't really miss 2016 all that much!
Here's to a great year for everyone.
PS: If you missed it, I took a look back at how I did on my 2016 New Year's Resolutions yesterday morning. Go back in my blog archives to check out how I did.
