The First Rate insert set was a retail-only offering that celebrated former 1st round picks. This 18-card set has a stacked checklist (see below). I like the color scheme used in the design; the set is certainly eye-catching (as any good insert set ought to be)!

Other than maybe Michael Tucker, this is an awesome "who's who" of mid-90s stars (all of which were first-round picks)! I like when an insert set has a decent theme, something that I've learned over the years that Pinnacle was actually quite good at designing. For a retail-only set, I'd say this is a pure winner, and I'm glad to have this Larkin card in my player collection.
