A TCDB Surprise Card from mpdillard25!

UD Past Time Pennants Countdown: We Made it to the Top 20!

The month of November is in the home stretch...and with it, so is our 2005 Upper Deck Past Time Pennants Countdown.  With three cards per day, we've made it to the point of the Top 20.  Which card will finish one spot shy of the Top 20?  What goodies remain within the Top 20?  And, of course, who makes the Top 10?  Let's find out - three cards at a time!

#21:  Fergie Jenkins

It's the ivy and the great hair that pushed Fergie to the brink of the Top 20!

#20:  Frank Robinson

It makes me a bit sad that of Robinson's five best seasons, two of them were with the Orioles.  The Reds really botched that trade big time.

#19:  Carlton Fisk

Putting Fisk ahead of Robinson in the countdown pained me a bit, but I'll forever know that while Fisk did have a big home run against Cincinnati, the Reds still won the World Series.  Take that Fisk!

Also, I noticed now that this post was pretty much devoid of color.  Don't worry, the Top 20 won't be all black and white cards (though you haven't seen the last of the monochromatic goodies yet either).
