1999 Pacific: A Full Month's Worth and We Still Aren't Done!

Welcome to the thirtieth pack rip post from the box of 1999 Pacific.  It's hard to believe that we went an entire month and still didn't finish off the box...you'll get six more such posts in October as we finish off the 36 pack box.  Despite the box not being empty quite yet, it'd be nice to finish September on a high note.  Let's see what we get:

Well, that wasn't the best pack ever, but it wasn't the worst either.  The Frank Thomas card was the highlight, that's for sure.  Happy (almost) October everyone!
