This is variation #11 (out of 14) based on the total number of different sticker combinations that I'm aware of that feature Barry Larkin. For this sticker, the front contains a large sticker of Harold Reynolds while the sticker back part is the same Larkin "card" that we've seen on the other sticker versions from 1989. Larkin is featured on three different 1989 Sticker cards on the front (that is, as a sticker rather than a sticker back) but for the vast majority of the cards in the '89 set he's on the backside.
Yeah, collecting this many different versions of front stickers with the exact same Larkin card on the back is a bit silly...but player collecting is kind of silly to start with so why not embrace the goofiness and go with it?!
Although I won't actively seek all of the variations (unless I'm trying to fill out a Sportlots order)... I don't mind these sticker variations. I actually think they'd look pretty cool displayed in 9 pocket pages with all of the different fronts.
