More from Sportlots - Including Completed Set #18 in 2021!

I've been waiting and waiting for my final Sportlots order to show up but it looks like I won't be getting it.  Thus, rather than focus on the negative let's instead turn to the positive - the last three packages from the order that did actually arrive.

First, from user Marlew55 comes a 2013 Gypsy Queen card of Darryl Strawberry.

I'm slowly but surely working my way through a few different Gypsy Queen sets...including both the 2013 set and the 2018 set...

Speaking of the 2018 set, here's a card from user TNT98204:

I'm getting super close to finishing off the 2018 set:

2018 Topps Gypsy Queen Wants:
Base:  301, 303, 306, 307, 308, 309, 312, 313, 318

With only nine cards to go, there's an outside chance I finish this set sometime in the year 2021!

And finally, the last of the Sportlots order that actually showed up comes a PWE from user phillip2:

That's another needed card from the 2013 Gypsy Queen set - and it puts me at missing only 3 more cards from the base set!

2013 Topps Gypsy Queen Wants:
Base:  87, 144, 330
White Paper Parallels:  10, 17, 26, 31, 34, 70, 95, 112, 129, 130, 154, 184, 205, 211, 214, 229, 233, 255, 296, 300, 303, 335

In addition, I was able to grab three 2016 A&G minis that I needed from the same seller (always appreciated, especially when using Sportlots with the way shipping works).

The Ferocious Feline card puts me within one card of finishing off that set while the two Laureates of Peace cards were the final cards that I needed from that particular mini set.  That's right, the Laureates of Peace set is now COMPLETE - and it's the 18th set that I've completed thus far in 2021!

2016 Topps Allen & Ginter Wants:
Ferocious Felines mini insert:  FF-1

I'm still holding out hope that my final Sportlots order will eventually show up...after all, while that order only has three cards in it, all three cards finish off different sets!  I'd love to be able to say that I've completed over 20 sets this year...and when/if (?) that purchase ever shows up, I'll be able to do exactly that.  *fingers crossed*

  1. Nice to see you finish off some sets and get so close to finishing some more. Making progress on sets like these is one thing that keeps me collecting. And Sportlots is a big help.
