Barry Larkin Collection 918: 1988 O-Pee-Chee Stickers - #140 - variation 2

This is the second (of two) variations of 1988 O-Pee-Chee Stickers that I am aware of.  I've already shown off the first version here.  Today, we take a look at the second version in which the only difference is the player featured on the back of the card (in this case, it's Ozzie Virgil).  Both version of the card feature the same two stickers (Barry Larkin and Ivan Calderon).

There isn't a lot to say about the card itself that I haven't already said.  The stickers have a garish yellow border but even worse is the complete lack of name plates on either sticker.  The sticker back (i.e. the "card") is perfectly fine even if the image of Mr. Virgil isn't great!  All in all, this is a perfectly acceptable addition to my Larkin collection but I won't be clamoring for one of the modern card companies to release a set as an "homage" to the '88 O-Pee-Chee Sticker set anytime soon!
