The 1994 SP set has an insert set called Holoview F/X.  The set consists of 38 cards which were seeded 1:5 packs.  There is also a much rarer parallel of the insert set called Special F/X which is a die-cut version of the same inserts (with red backs instead of blue backs).  The Special F/X cards were seeded 1:75 packs (and unfortunately, I still don't own Larkin's Special F/X card from the 1994 set)!  

While I may still be missing the parallel of the above card, let's turn our attention to the card I do own.  The front design is definitely cool with the bottom hologram looking sort of like a "green screen" for in game advertisements today (Upper Deck must have been well ahead of its time).  The back of the card has a nice write-up of Larkin as well, making for an all-around great card of my favorite baseball player!  Definitely happy to have this one in the collection and I really ought to put forth a bit of effort to track down one of those Special F/X parallels (after all, the red back would look even better for a Cincinnati Reds card)!
