Highlights from a Case of 2023 Topps Allen & Ginter: Box #10

The end of the case is near - only two boxes will remain after today's box is ripped!  I will say kudos to Topps for providing a consistently fun rip, very few truly "dud" boxes this year which is nice!  So, what did box #10 bring us?  Let's find out!

Box 10:

We'll start with the mini inserts this time around - and this batch includes one location that I've visited (and no, it's not Citi Field)!  I've actually been to the city of Bath in England way back in 2005.  Always fun to get cards of places I've visited!

After saying in the post preamble that the case has had very few "dud" boxes we kind of ended up with a rather dull box this time around!  Other than the five mini inserts, there wasn't much to write home about here.  Case in point, the three promised hits were all of the same full-sized relic design variety:

I'm happy to pull a Reds' relic but otherwise that's a pile of "meh" if I've ever seen one.  That being said, there are still two more boxes to go so perhaps the case still has a bit more magic in store?!  A guy can hope!

I feel like Topps could have come up with a better visualization of the .400 chase than the actual number in bold. I stared at it for a few seconds before realizing it wasn't some type of redemption/coupon type thing you'd pulled LOL.

  2. I still get excited when I pull a hit. Then again, I don't buy a case of cards!
