Highlights from a Case of 2023 Topps Allen & Ginter: Box #7

I've made it through the first half of my case of Allen & Ginter, now it's time to dig into the second half!

Box 7:

Box #7 produced a number of nice cards but for me, the highlight was this Barry Larkin regular back mini!

Definitely nice to get that one in my case as otherwise I'd have to try and trade for it (and trading for mini short prints can be tricky sometimes).

My box topper was Mike Trout, yet another one of the Cabinet cards (that's 6 out of 7 boxes if you are keeping track at home in which I've pulled a baseball cabinet card).

The mini insert selection was good this time around - five more for my various set builds:

The By Any Other Name cards all celebrate things with some form of the name "Allen" in them.  I'm not quite sure why Topps did that but it's a fun twist on an insert set theme I suppose.

Finally, here are the three hits of the box:

Yep, another autograph!  Definitely doing well on that front.  I also am intrigued by the Adam Ray relic card - is that part of a script or something?  No idea.  His card back lists his occupation as "comedian/actor/lover" so that's something.  Also happy with the framed relic.

All told, a very solid box and a good start to the second half of the case.
