Loyal readers will undoubtedly know that I host a lot of group breaks each year. One of the services that I offer with my group breaks is the concept of stacking. Basically, if you join a group break of mine, I'll start a stack of cards for you. Then, you can join in as many breaks as you wish and I'll keep adding the cards to your stack. At your request, I will then pack up and ship your cards out with you paying the postage fee at that time.
This process has two big benefits and one drawback. The first benefit is for the break participants, they don't have to pay shipping on every single break (and for smaller breaks, shipping can sometimes be more than the entry fee to the group break)! The second benefit is for me, I don't have to pack up 30 packages after every single break. In this way, we all win!
Unfortunately, there is one downside to the process and that is unclaimed stacks of cards. I have instituted a policy of needing stacks to be shipped out within a year of each person's last joined group break. I am now at a point where I need to make room to store other (active) people's group break cards. Thus, I am trying to reach out one last time to the following people (if I had an email for the person, I sent an email as well but I'm hoping that this list will help get people's attention as well)!
People with cards to be claimed and for which they haven't joined in a group break in at least THREE full years:
- Mark Eisenman
- Roy Galloway
- Jack Hedges
- Alex Jokubaitis
- Alex Markle
Brian O'Neil- Chad Pacey
- Trevor Pawlik
- Dave Peterson
- Abraham Puder
Kari Salovaara- Diego Torres
- Jeff Wilk
This is the final call for the above list. If I don't hear back (email: fanofreds (dot) auctions (at gmail dot) com) I will consider the cards unwanted and add them to my stack of cards that I use for giveaways over on my Discord.

I can imagine those stacks begin to pile up. Best of luck tracking those people down.
ReplyDeleteYep, lots of people from the blogs that disappeared over the years! In most cases, the amount of cards I have set aside would fit into a PWE (and hence why the cards probably have been unclaimed for 3+ years)! Moving all my group break stuff over to the Discord makes it a lot easier for me to contact people (and for people to not forget about their cards).
