2009 Topps Heritage: Target Blaster #2

After opening up my first Target blaster (which was chock full of inserts), I was expecting great things from the other three blasters. Blaster #2 quickly brought me back to earth - the blaster contained three short prints and the rest of the cards were base cards. No chrome, no inserts, no "hits", no nuthin'.

Luckily, I don't buy Heritage for the hits, or even the inserts (though I do try to complete the insert sets). So, how did I do for my set? Read on.

Overall, I needed 36 out of the 64 cards in the blaster (56%). It's rare for me to need over half of the cards out of a blaster after opening (and sorting) five previous blasters. If nothing else, I suppose it is a sign that I'm still nowhere near completing the set...

I was quite happy with the actual cards this time. I especially LOVE that Cincy Clouters card. (On the other hand, I didn't love pulling the Corey Patterson card...bad memories, but at least I needed it for my set.)

Two more blasters to go and then I'll be posting my want list (and my list of cards for trade)...
