It's Finals Monday (and also TCDB time)!

Delivery Time! Cards from Jack at All Tribe Baseball

It's time to take a break from the Group Break Madness and dip into the 'ol mailbox.  I've neglected a few different packages that I've received since I started opening up the packs of the group break - but that's about to be rectified.

Here's a package from Jack over at All Tribe Baseball - Jack sent this to me as part of the Group Break (and included a rather ominous "good luck on the break" message...apparently he was smart enough to realize what a fool I was offering to open and scan about 100 packs of cards with 10 - 16 cards per pack)!

2010 Topps:
Legendary Lineage:
LL4.  Lou Gehrig & Mark Teixeira
LL9.  Honus Wagner & Hanley Ramirez
LL14.  Warren Spahn & Tommy Hanson
LL25.  Tom Seaver & Roy Halladay

Peak Performers:
PP-10.  Christy Mathewson
PP-12.  Lou Gehrig
PP-26.  Joe Mauer
PP-31.  Manny Ramirez
PP-34.  Ichiro

2010 Topps Heritage:
204.  Brandon Phillips

For the first time since 2006, I've decided not to collect the Topps Heritage set.  That said, I'm still happy to acquire the Reds from the set - but I can't convince myself that it's my time, money, and energy to track down another version of Heritage when I still haven't managed to complete the 2007, 2008, or 2009 sets...

Speaking of Topps Heritage sets that I haven't completed, Jack did get me one card closer to the 2008 set...

2008 Topps Heritage:
456.  Corey Patterson

Ugh, the nemesis of my Reds season a couple of years ago...  At least it's one fewer cards that I need - and one that once safely tucked into the binder I can skip over from here on out!

And finally, one last card - a GIANT card of Barry Larkin from a set that I've never seen before.  I believe the card is from a 1993 Topps set called Topps Full Shot - but if anyone has any information on this particular set I'd be interested.  I'll post the card (eventually) as part of my Barry Larkin Collection - but until then, any information about the set would be appreciated!

Thanks a lot Jack - and I hope that the Indians continue to show up in droves during the group break!  Finally, as always, if anyone else would like to work out a trade, check out my want list and make an offer!
