A nice little pack for Carl Crawford Cards who claimed the "expansionists" in the group break since 40% of the cards belonged to teams in the "expansionists" bracket. For every one, this pack wasn't super exciting though each player featured was probably deserving of the Honor Roll distinction back in 2003.

I just looked over the entire checklist for this set and it turns out there are NO Orioles represented. Why did Upper Deck the the O's so much that year?
