Group Break Results: Minnesota Twins

A number of people asked me to update the group scoreboard - seeing how there was such interest, I've decided to do one better:  I'm going to show off the best card, worst card, plus any interesting cards (in my eyes at least) of all the group break slots, one at a time.

Minnesota Twins
Claimed by Smedcards

Best card(s):

1999 Pacific (#249) - Pat Meares.  The Twins are a team often associated with good defense so it was nice to find at least a couple of cards emphasizing the D in Minnesota.  The Meares card wins "best card" mostly based on the flying dirt around his right foot - I love it.

Worst card(s):

Superstar - Check.  Back of player, with no logo nor players face visible - check.  Unfortunately, that is a pretty poor combination when looking for a baseball card.

Card(s) of interest:

The Twins ended up with five inserts (one was a 4-in-1 sticker) - but two of them were almost the same...one is a regular back mini card, the other a sticker mini card - both of Torii Hunter.

Final Tally (after all non-insert duplicates removed):
Base:  25
Inserts/Short Prints/Parallels:  5
Relics/Autos:  0
