A number of people asked me to update the group scoreboard - seeing how there was such interest, I've decided to do one better: I'm going to show off the best card, worst card, plus any interesting cards (in my eyes at least) of all the group break slots, one at a time.
Seattle Mariners
Claimed by David
Best card(s):
The Mariners probably can lay claim to the title of "best team" in this group break (even though the Cubs ended up with two hits - a relic and an autograph). The Mariners ran away from the pack with 15 inserts, 41 base cards plus the relic above!
Worst card(s):
It's a cool shot - but a bad at bat for Russ Davis in the 1999 Pacific set. Check out that shattered bat!
Card(s) of interest:
Amongst the 15 inserts were five mini cards from the Cracker Jack set (2 regular base, 2 sticker base, and 1 blue parallel base)!
Final Tally (after all non-insert duplicates removed):
Base: 41
Inserts/Short Prints/Parallels: 15
Relics/Autos: 1
