The Topps 60 insert set featured a variety of players (past and current) and a top ten list featuring that player. For Larkin, he places second on the list of all-time Reds hits leaders (behind only Pete Rose). There was also a relic parallel for the set (which you can see the Larkin relic here). As for the card design, the front features a nice action shot of Larkin superimposed over a giant image of the number 60 (celebrating Topps' 60th Anniversary). The back features the already mentioned Top 10 list...and little else. It's certainly not the most exciting card design - but as part of a larger set, the design works.
