Gypsy Queen Break: Box 2 - Pack 15 (A Second Hall of Famer Hit!)

The last box may not have been overly great but this particular box is turning out to be spectacular.  We already found a leather mini (#ed /10) and a Stan Musial relic.  Now, with pack 15 (the third pack down on the left-hand side for those paying attention), we find our second Hall of Famer relic in the box!  Oh yeah, we also get a short print mini (seeded 1 per box in this pack)!

As I mentioned above, the short print minis are seeded 1 per 24 packs (aka, 1 per box).  Thus, the Mariners now have a "box hit" as well!  That's good, and even more so since the Mariners were pretty much lacking in cards for the majority of the break.  Hopefully, this card is a sign of a few more good things to come for Seattle.

All I can say is that this card is most definitely NOT the best Oriole card in the pack...
Relic:
GQR-CR.  Cal Ripken Jr. - Orioles

Now we are talkin'!  A Stan Musial and a Cal Ripken relic in the same box...that's tons better than the first box - even without the auto accounted for!  I sure hope TheStark didn't pick up a Ripken relic on eBay quite yet, though I'm sure this particular card would be an easy one to trade should he so choose to!
