1 of 10 NS: Chipper Jones - Noise of Summer - Braves
The Noise of Summer inserts are seeded 1:10 packs meaning we should end up with one more in the box. Like most Fleer inserts, these are loud (pun intended) and colorful!
Finally, now that I've opened up 18 packs thus far, let's take a look at the group break standings:
A few observations:
For the second break in a row, the Oakland Athletics are representing extremely well. The A's already have 8 cards (plus half of a multi-team card) while other teams like the Tigers, Brewers, Mariners, and Expos/Nationals still don't have a single card.
The inserts and parallels have been spread out very nicely so far - no team has more than one but eleven teams do have one. The only hit found thus far has been a Ranger - there's plenty more hits to come though according to the stated odds on the boxes so no worries there quite yet!
A bunch of teams have had to share a multi-team card - as I mentioned before, those will be randomed off at the end (you can see which teams have been at least partially represented if you look at the far left of my worksheet).
I hope everyone is enjoying the break so far - it's been a lot of fun thus far!
