As soon as I saw this photo, I knew I had seen it before...  Was it with the Topps Legends short prints?

Answer, no I don't think so.  This image has been used elsewhere, I swear I've seen it in my own collection.  However, a quick search yielded no further answers for me, so I have to ask my readers.  Where else was this image (or else a very similar one) used?  I'm sure it was in a card set in the 90s...I mostly remember because it's a Red that is being thrown out (and most likely a Red that hit into a double play).
