Group Break: 1970s UD Decades: Packs 15, 16, 17, and 18

I still feel like crap so here's a quick post full of bright 70s cheer.

Pack 15:

I see the Cardinals are picking up right where they left off...this is their fourth consecutive pack win (going back to the previous three Fleer Tradition packs opened earlier today).  The Disco Era Dandies are seeded 1:23 packs making this a nice pick-up for the Cards (and colorful too)!

Pack 16:
19.  Eddie Murray - Orioles
45.  Jose Cruz - Astros
70.  Bobby Bonds - Giants
100.  Gary Carter - Nationals
177.  Johnny Bench - Reds

Leave it the Reds to finally bring the Cardinals pack winning streak to an end.   Good job Johnny Bench!

Pack 17:
26.  Rico Petrocelli - Red Sox
71.  Jack Clark - Giants
126.  Bill Madlock - Cubs
152.  Thurman Munson - Yankees
D5.  Decade Dynasties:  Steve Garvey - Dodgers

And with that win by the Dodgers, every single team now has at least one pack win in the group break.  At the bottom of the list?  The Dodgers, Orioles, Rockies, Marlins, Royals, Giants, and Rays.  Some surprising teams there, but hey, there are still a fair number of packs left so things can still change quite drastically (like the Cardinals rattling off four pack wins in a row)!  As for the card that brought victory to LA, the Decade Dynasties are seeded 1:14 packs.

That Carlton Fisk card might have one of my favorite photos on any baseball card from this break (even if it is Fisk)!  Congrats to the Red Sox on their fourth pack win.
