Trade Bait: 2011 Topps Edition incl. Shiny Legend Variations, Inserts, & Base!

One of the problems with buying boxes of cards is that you invariably end up with a bunch of duplicates that you don't need.  Now that I've finally gotten caught up in all my trades, it is time to get caught up with updating my various "Have for Trade" lists.  First on the list, last year's Topps set (2011).

You can find the full Have for Trade list here - including all the base cards, but I've highlighted some of the "better" or maybe more interesting cards below in hopes of spurring a flurry of trades over the next few days.  With the base cards especially, I'm more than happy to trade two or three (or more if necessary) for one if you can help me with any of the cards on my want list!  Actually, I'm more than willing to trade more than one of any of the inserts in order to get cards off my want list...basically all the 2011 Topps cards must go!

Although you can find the full list on the For Trade page (here), I figured I would show off some of the various available cards here in order to hopefully serve as a catalyst for trade offers!

Kimball Champions:
KC-81.  Craig Biggio

This is my lone remaining Kimball Champions card!  I'd love to trade this off to someone who will appreciate it more than me...and I know that it would make storing my 2011 Topps duplicates a lot easier if I didn't have to worry about this little mini card falling out of the pile all the time!

Walmart Black parallels:

I have 11 remaining Wal*Mart Black parallel cards remaining for trade - although I showed the epic Mauer card, I also have:
 420 (Howard), 437 (Schafer), 449 (Kearns), 461 (Sogard), 487 (Snyder), 521 (Benoit), 526 (Donald), 550 (Mauer - pictured), 553 (Lohse), 623 (Nunez), 640 (Uggla)
Target Throwback parallels:

I happen to love the Target parallels - so much so that I almost have the complete set from 2009 (I only need one card to complete my set: #238).  That said, I decided not to try and complete the set from 2011, so I have 12 available cards from the Target set.  The full list of what I have is:
 26 (N. Feliz), 33 (Sherzer), 39 (Kennedy), 80 (Jennings), 158 (Blake), 181 (Ordonez), 183 (Strasburg), 199 (Rollins), 221 (Hairston), 258 (R. Soriano), 270 (Jimenez), 324 (Boston Red Sox)
Diamond Stars:

I know that a lot of people really liked this insert set - so I'm a bit surprised to see exactly how many of these I still have for trade (14 still)!  Here's what is available currently:
DS-1. Evan Longoria
DS-1. Evan Longoria
DS-2. Troy Tulowitzki
DS-2. Troy Tulowitzki
DS-5. Joey Votto
DS-7. Chase Utley
DS-7. Chase Utley
DS-9. Hanley Ramirez
DS-10. Albert Pujols
DS-18. Robinson Cano
DS-18. Robinson Cano
DS-19. Josh Hamilton
DS-20. Ichiro
DS-23. Josh Johnson

Gold Parallels:

The serially numbered Gold parallels usually prove to be quite popular.  For whatever reason, I never really advertised the fact that I had a bunch of these available for trade until now...nine of them in total which is quite a few considering these were a tough pull last year!  Which gold cards are available you ask?  Remember, all are serially numbered out of 2011.
171. Garrett Jones
180. Paul Maholm
322. Brent Morel
343. Mason Tobin
361. Florida Marlins
372. Jarrod Saltalamacchia
388. Kenley Jansen
462. Daric Barton
584. Jason Bartlett

Walmart Insert set:

I don't know if anyone is still trying to complete the Walmart insert set - but I have a few of these hard-to-find cards available as well!
WHP17. CC Sabathia
WHP21. Evan Longoria
WHP26. Victor Martinez
WHP27. Ubaldo Jimenez
WHP29. Josh Johnson
WHP29. Josh Johnson
WHP30. Hank Aaron

Target Insert set:

Much like the Walmart set, the Target set was also fairly hard-to-find...impossible in fact if you didn't have a Target near you!
THP17. Dan Uggla
THP18. Mark Teixeira
THP23. Mike Stanton
THP25. Zack Greinke
THP30. Carl Crawford

Diamond parallels:

Finally, I figured I would be sure to show off all of my extra Diamond parallels.  As you probably know, I've been trying to complete the entire diamond parallel set (Series 1 and 2 that is) and so, in the process, I have accumulated quite a few duplicates.  I'd gladly trade one-for-one here, but I'm willing to do two-for-one or even three-for-one if that is what it takes in order to get me closer to my goal of a complete diamond parallel set!  Here are the numbers for the available diamond parallels:
2, 19, 24, 31, 39, 40, 41, 56, 56, 57, 57, 60, 62, 66, 70, 71, 71, 84, 92, 97, 98, 114, 137, 167, 196, 204, 208, 210, 212, 212, 219, 225, 226, 230, 230, 239, 251, 276, 276, 283, 291, 293, 294, 295, 302, 326, 333, 336, 383, 386, 392, 399, 422, 492, 523, 571, 608, 620, 636, 642, US48, US51, US80, US104, US150, US245, US297, US298, US325
 Legend Variation Diamond Parallels:

I would be remiss if I didn't highlight these four cards - easily considered some of the chase cards of the set, the Diamond variation legend parallels.  I have four available (two of which are Nolan Ryan).

626. Nolan Ryan
626. Nolan Ryan

US31. Paul O'Neil

US85. Tom Seaver

As I mentioned at the top of the post, the full list of 2011 Topps cards that I have available for trade can be found here.  I added well over 250 cards to the list this morning so even if you think you've looked in the past and not seen anything you want/need, I'd advise you look again!  There are also plenty of cards from various insert sets that I didn't list above, and of course, a boat load of base cards!  Thanks for looking!

  1. I'll trade you for the four legends parallels. I'll check the old want list and see what I come up with.
