Much like the two previous years, Topps included an insert set featuring paired players in its flagship brand for the year 2012. And, as in 2011, Topps decided to include Larkin as a player in one of the pairings. At least the 2012 set paired Larkin with fellow Ohio player Cabrera rather than Yankee darling Derek Jeter. As a whole, the card isn't terrible nor great - much as Topps base is supposed to be I guess.
