The Fleer Circa cards are a perfect representation of the state of baseball cards in the mid-90s (for all the good and bad that that entails). A decade and a half later, I'm finding this box to be quite a bit of fun to open so far. Let's see if the next pair of mini boxes continues our fun.
Pack 4:
43. Kevin Appier - Royals
71. Geronimo Berroa - Athletics
83. Dan Wilson - Mariners
105. Greg Maddux - Braves
161. Rey Ordonez - Mets
172. Jason Kendall - Pirates
198. Checklist - Ken Griffey Jr. - Mariners
31 of 50: Boss' 96: Barry Larkin - Reds
Sweet! The Boss '96 cards are seeded 1:6 packs (so we ought to find a few more yet) and are actually embossed cards. This particular one is yet another Larkin that I didn't previously own - so I'm excited by it!
Pack 5:
13. John Valentin - Red Sox
28. Tony Phillips - White Sox
50. Jeff Cirillo - Brewers
80. Edgar Martinez - Mariners
102. Chipper Jones - Braves
130. Al Leiter - Marlins
158. Jason Isringhausen - Mets
25 of 30. Access: Jay Bell - Pirates
The Access cards are bi-fold cards that open up to form a 3 panel card. It's a fun little gimmick - and actually a nice card once you take a look at all six panels!
