The great thing about baseball cards is that there really is something for everyone. Some people prefer shiny cards, some prefer "retro" cards, and others prefer the true vintage stuff. With that in mind, there must be someone out there who prefers cards with thin, crappy card stock, a shiny coating that is too easy to smudge with fingerprints, and a busy design with a butt ugly logo. All I know is that that someone is most certainly not me.
I suppose that not every card can be a winner - which is obviously the case because this card is pretty putrid. Heck, it even looks like Larkin has his eyes closed in the photo on the back of the card, even he can't bear to look at this ugly excuse of a baseball card!
