Group Break #5: 2002 Fleer Box Score - Packs 5, 6, and 7 (Don't Miss It!)

Good morning - and happy Monday to everyone!  I must admit, Mondays during summer vacation are magnificent.  Monday's during work weeks suck.  Good thing I'm on summer vacation then, huh?

Here's three packs out of the Fleer Box Score box:

Pack 5:
4.  Mark Buehrle - White Sox
19.  Darryl Ward - Astros
24.  Tony Armas - Expos
26.  Brian Giles - Pirates
90.  Al Leiter - Mets
95.  Phil Nevin - Padres
127.  Rodrigo Rosario - Astros #1193/2499

129.  Jorge De La Rosa - Red Sox #2428/2499

The Rosario and De La Rosa cards are part of the Rookie/Prospect short print set and are supposed to be seeded 1:5 packs.  The two cards were stuck together - so I'm guessing we made out like a bandit in this case (note that we had an extra card in the pack - almost definitely one of the two serially numbered cards)!

Pack 6:
28.  Ken Griffey Jr. - Reds
39.  Jeff Cirillo - Mariners
49.  Billy Koch - Athletics
73.  Jamie Moyer - Mariners
88.  Carlos Lee - White Sox
93.  Moises Alou - Cubs
3 of 20 AG.  Amazing Greats:  Mike Piazza - Mets

The Amazing Greats cards are a little weird - what's with one flag of stars and another one of stripes?  The Amazing Greats inserts are seeded 1:5 packs (and the entire insert set is made up of 20 different cards).

Pack 7:
15.  Mike Mussina - Yankees
31.  Sean Casey - Reds
102.  Brady Anderson - Indians
109.  J.D. Drew - Cardinals
115.  Raul Mondesi - Blue Jays
Bat Rack #7:  Mike Piazza, Roberto Alomar, and Mo Vaughn - Mets, Mets, and Mets!  #244/300

Woah!  The Bat Rack card contains three different bat pieces - one each from Piazza, Alomar, and Vaughn.  A huge congrats to apba66and0 who ended up with the Mets as his random team!  Hard to beat a triple relic, including a Hall of Famer for your "random" team!  An awesome card - and it instantly makes the group break itself much, much better!
