Ginter Group Break: Box 5: Packs 19 - 24

Let's finish off the fifth box of the case before we call Monday a day, how's that sound?  We are still due one more hit in the box (so far we found a relic and an auto)!

Box #5:
Pack 19:
Building:  Willis Tower
Base SP:  337.  Matt Holliday - Cardinals
Musical Masters:  12.  Franz Liszt

Pack 20:
What's in a Name:  79.  Mickey Mantle - Yankees
Reg. mini:  66.  Yadier Molina - Cardinals

Pack 21:
What's in a Name:  82.  Ty Cobb - Tigers
Giants of the Deep:  Bottlenose Whale

Framed relic:  AGR-BH. Bob Hurley Sr. (coach)

Wow!  Yet another non-baseball relic!  Last year, you could count on most of the non-baseball relics for selling for at least $10.00 bucks a pop - given how many we've found in this case, I'd say if that holds true this year we've done quite well!  Of course, we found two of the better non-baseball relics in Federer and Phelps to go along with the others like Pfister (also from this box) and Hurley Sr.

Pack 22:
Baseball Sketch:  2.  Tom Seaver - Mets

Base SP:  302.  Jayson Werth - Nationals
Reg. mini:  25.  Shin-Soo Choo - Indians

Most of the sketch cards have been really well done.  Unfortunately, this Seaver sketch might be one of the worst that I've ever seen (from any set)!

Pack 23:
What's in a Name:  36.  Jose Bautista - Blue Jays
A&G back SP:  308.  Paul Konerko - White Sox

Pack 24:
Building:  1 World Trade Center
Base SP:  329.  Billy Butler - Royals
Reg. mini:  179.  Cole Hamels - Phillies

And with that, we have no finished off 5 of the 12 boxes!  It's hard to believe - and even harder to believe that we have pulled so many non-baseball relics!  I wonder if that trend will continue or will we be seeing a plethora of baseball player hits in the next 7 boxes?  Only one way to find out I suppose - and that's to stay tuned!
