Ginter Group Break: Box 5: Packs 7 - 12

Let's rip open the second quarter of the box, will we find any of our promised hits?

Box #5:
Pack 07:
Historical Turning Points:  Fall of Berlin Wall
Base SP:  308.  Paul Konerko - White Sox
A&G back mini:  98.  Nelson Cruz - Rangers

Pack 08:
What's in a Name:  95.  Ken Griffey Jr. - Mariners
A&G back mini:  119.  Asdrubal Cabrera - Indians
A&G back mini:  294.  Elvis Andrus - Rangers

Yep, another two mini pack - our second of the break!

Pack 09:
What's in a Name:  31.  Andrew McCutchen - Pirates
Reg. mini:  221.  Carlos Marmol - Cubs
Framed autograph:  AGA-CG.  Craig Gentry - Rangers

Congratulations to Play at the Plate for picking up the Rangers (and the third autograph of the break overall).

Pack 10:
What's in a Name:  8.  Cliff Lee - Phillies
Culinary Curiosities:  Casu Marzu

Casu Marzu might be the grossest sounding "food" that I've ever heard about.  It's made up of a cheese that's specially prepared to breed maggots - and then eaten when the larvae are still alive.  Be quick the card says though, because those little maggots can jump six inches.  That's all kinds of gross.

Pack 11:
Willow Cove:  Lennie's Wallet
Base SP:  349.  Danny Espinosa - Nationals
Reg. mini:  288.  Alex Rodriguez - Yankees

Pack 12:
What's in a Name:  15.  Michael Pineda - Yankees
Reg. mini:  124.  Jared Weaver - Angels

I still can't get over how gross that Culinary Curiosity sounded.
