Golds, Emeralds, and Stasburgs.

After last night's marathon pack ripping session (or, more accurately, marathon pack typing session), it's nice to return back to the much more comfortable three-pack break.

Series 2 - Pack 16:
Chris Carpenter - Cardinals
Tommy Milone - Athletics
Erik Kratz - Phillies
Lance Berkman - Rangers
Derek Holland - Rangers
Carlos Quentin - Padres
John Lackey - Red Sox
Phil Hughes - Yankees
Nate Eovaldi - Marlins
CH-67.  Chasing History:  Stephen Strasburg - Nationals

Am I the only one sick of Strasburg and Harper?  Sheesh.

Pack 17:
Collin McHugh - Mets
Wei-Yin Chen - Orioles
Brett Gardner - Yankees
Asdrubal Cabrera - Indians
Felix Doubront - Red Sox
J.P. Arencibia - Blue Jays
Mike Aviles - Indians
Ryan Lavarnway - Red Sox
TM-53.  Mini:  Gio Gonzalez - Nationals

504. Emerald parallel:  Michael Bourn - Indians

It's been a good couple of packs for the Nationals.  As for the emerald parallel, it doesn't work nearly as well for a team like the Indians...lots of color clashing there!

Pack 18:
Brandon Belt - Giants
Eduardo Nunez - Yankees
Paul Goldschmidt - Diamondbacks
Juan Pierre - Marlins
Bryce Harper - Nationals
Pedro Alvarez - Pirates
Drew Smyly - Tigers
Adam Dunn - White Sox
CH-86.  Chasing History:  Roy Halladay - Phillies

357.  Gold parallel:  Juan Francisco - Braves #0735/2013

I still hate the fact that Topps stopped with the gold foil serial numbering.  They seem to use foil for everything else, why not for the one thing that should be foiled?  It's asinine if you ask me.  I apologize for the language on a family friendly blog.
