UD Past Time Pennants Countdown: It's Gotta be the 'Stache

In the grand scheme of things, a 90 item countdown isn't a huge deal.  However, I have found this countdown to be a bit more work than I expected...  Oh well, I'm nothing if not a survivor!

#27:  Phil Niekro

So much blue!

#26:  Ron Santo

I typed "Ron Santa" first by accident.  I like that better.

#25:  Rollie Fingers

A posed photo is nothing new for this set, but the background really makes this one worthy of the 25th spot in the countdown.  First, you have a bunch of players walking (with hanging heads) off the field.  There's also a few nice light towers in the background (which I like for some reason) plus a bunch of trees!

I told you this countdown was a bit arbitrary - my tastes are weird in cards!

  1. Atlanta in Royals blue is weird!
The Rollie Fingers even if is a posing card I agree with you, it's the bigger picture that makes it a great card for sure.

  2. The Rollie picture is weird to me. What year is that from? Was the black and white a conscious decision by Upper Deck?
