Last night, I opened up the first two packs out of the 2000 Topps Tek box. Today, it's time to take a look at the next pair of packs. Let's see if a few more teams can get on the 'ol scoreboard!
Pack 03:
27-3. Tony Gwynn - Padres
25-13. Orlando Hernandez - Yankees
37-4. Corey Patterson - Cubs
A6. ArchiTEKs: Ken Griffey Jr. - Reds
First, I wish someone would have claimed the Cubs so that I wouldn't be stuck with all those Corey Patterson cards...ugh. Second, I love, love, love that Griffey Jr. card! The ArchiTEKs are seeded 1:5 packs so we should get a few more before all is said and done!
Pack 04:
6-7. A.J. Burnett - Marlins
8-15. Mo Vaughn - Angels
10-15. Mark McGwire - Cardinals
41-4. Ruben Salazar - Twins #0823/2000
That's the third serially numbered card out of the Topps Tek box - and we are only four packs in!

ReplyDeleteStrangely, with my Franken-group of the D-Backs, Twins, and Blue Jays, I have gotten all three serially numbered Topps Tek cards.
ReplyDeleteAnyone want to trade?
