TCDB Monday: It's a Monster, Folks!

2014 Topps Stadium Club: Hobby Box #1 - Mini Box #2

Yesterday, I posted the first of the three mini boxes lurking in the 2014 Topps Stadium Club hobby box.  Today, we move on to the contents of the second mini box within the hobby box.  However, before I get to the contents of the box I want to give Dave & Adams another public "thank you" for serving as a sponsor for this particular group break!

Now, let's get to the cards!

Box 1 - Mini box #2:

Base cards:
Elvis Andrus - Rangers
Mark Trumbo - Diamondbacks
Tony Cingrani - Reds
Sandy Koufax - Dodgers
R.A. Dickey - Blue Jays
Willie Mays - Giants
Albert Belle - Indians
Michael Choice - Rangers
C.J. Cron - Angels
Carlos Gomez - Brewers

Andrelton Simmons - Braves
Greg Maddux - Braves
Sonny Gray - Athletics
Shelby Miller - Cardinals
Justin Verlander - Tigers
Adam Wainwright - Cardinals
Duke Snider - Dodgers
Bob Feller - Indians

Adrian Gonzalez - Dodgers
Carlos Beltran - Yankees
Julio Teheran - Braves
Starling Marte - Pirates
Ian Desmond - Nationals
Arismendy Alcantara - Cubs
Mookie Betts - Red Sox
Matt Carpenter - Cardinals

Inserts/Parallels:

Luminescent - Troy Tulowitzki - Rockies

The Luminescent cards are seeded 1:12 mini boxes which equates to 1:4 hobby boxes!  A very nice pull for the Rockies!!

Field Access:  Jose Fernandez - Marlins

The Marlins scored an autograph in the first mini box and now they get an insert...and *spoiler alert* they aren't done quite yet!

Die-Cut Legends:  Sandy Koufax - Dodgers

I love, love, love this card.  The Die-Cut Legends (base variety) are seeded 1:3 mini boxes or 1 per hobby box.  A big congrats to Night Owl for this one.

Autograph:

Jarrod Saltalamacchia - Marlins

Yep, that's right.  Two mini boxes, two Marlins autographs!!  Who saw that coming?  Certainly not me - and I doubt Matthew did either but hopefully he's happy with his haul to date.  I think the Saltalamacchia is a slightly better auto than the Heaney, but what do I know?  I don't follow the Marlins so I fully admit to not knowing a whole heckuva lot about the former Florida Marlins team.

More group break goodies to come in the near future!
