The Upper Deck Collector's Choice brand has long been one of my favorite sets which means this card automatically begins in my good graces! That said, this card is pretty cool on its own merits - the star cutout with Larkin "popping out" of it really makes the subset feel special (and yet not overly gimmicky)! I also appreciate getting a word like "consummate" on the back of the card...you don't often get SAT-quality words on a baseball card!
