The 2015 Topps High Tek set is a bit confusing (as is normal with the Tek line of cards). For 2015, Topps split the players into two groups (an A and a B group). Barry Larkin happened to fall into the B group which means he gets different patterns than any player in the A group (for the base card and pretty much every parallel)!
This particular design is called Waves and it happens to the regular base card design for the B players in the set. A box of 2015 Topps High Tek comes with 8 cards, of those 8 cards at least two will be the regular base cards (either Waves for B players or Grass for A players).
In terms of the card itself, this is a decent card (even if the zebra striping is a bit weird). All of Larkin's cards in the 2015 High Tek set have the same image (and basically the same card back) so there isn't much more to say about that here!
