The 1999 Upper Deck Victory is a rather unique set in that it was a fairly large set (470 cards) but it contained no inserts. In addition, you may notice that the Upper Deck logo is nowhere to be found on the card (front or back). Perhaps Upper Deck wasn't proud of this set?
The set also contains no parallels - and so for once, I can say I have ALL of the various Barry Larkin cards from a set issued in 1999! Pretty easy, really, since this is it!
