This is the third card in the 11 card Barry Larkin set produced by Star back in 1990. For this card, we get a look at Barry Larkin's All-Star statistics throughout his career (which spanned a whopping two All-Star game selections in which he only played in one game). Even worse, in that one game Larkin went 0-2 with a strikeout. Not an impressive All-Star game resume at that point in time...and it does sort of make you wonder why Star decided to use a card "spot" in the set on Larkin's middling All-Star game results.
I will say that I do like the chosen image for this card - and once again I have to say that I'm happy that Star went ahead and used a different image for each of the cards in the set (something other companies have not done when producing similar sorts of sets).

That is an odd choice to highlight on a card, especially a future superstar like Larkin.
