The 1996 Topps Stadium Club showed a lot of love to Barry Larkin. By my count, there are 16 different Barry Larkin cards in the set (most of them parallels of course). The Midsummer Matchup card shown above has its own parallel (a Members Only parallel that I don't yet own). In terms of the card itself, although it doesn't scan great I happen to like the design quite a bit. Barry has to share half of his card with some guy named Cal but otherwise I can't really complain. *sarcasm alert there folks*
In case you are wondering, here's what I have and need (to date) from the 1996 Stadium Club set. The first column indicates whether or not I own the card. In total, I have 8 of the 16 cards from the set which isn't bad (nor is it great). Those Members Only parallels have eluded me thus far...if I could track those down I'd be well on my way to completing the full complement of Larkin cards from the set!
