The Three Blaster War: Loving the Tarot Cards

We had a shakeup at the top of the standings in our last round of the Blaster War.  Will we see any more movement at the top this time around?

Current Standings:
Target 2:  55 points
Target 1:  45 points
Walmart:  31 points

As always, we start with the last place blaster which is still the Walmart one.

Walmart:

17.  Jeff Samardzija
98.  Manny Machado
133.  Lance McCullers, Jr.
142.  Clayton Richard
163.  Ozzie Albies
298.  Salvadore Perez

Let's see, not much here to be honest.  +1 because I like the Perez card and +1 for McCullers.  That's about it.

Pack total:  1 + 1 = 2 points
Total so far:  33 points

Target 1:

104.  Felix Jorge
147.  Jason Heyward
148.  Josh Donaldson
167.  Masahiro Tanaka
194.  Corey Kluber
283.  Luke Weaver

Ouch, this pack was worse than the Walmart one...  -2 for the Cardinal, +1 because I like Kluber, -2 for the Yankee, -2 for the Cub, and -1 for the Twin.

Pack total:  -2 + 1 - 2 - 2 -1 = -6 points
Total so far:  39 points

Target 2:

70  Jose Quintana
114. Dominic Smith
187.  Matt Olson
251.  Hunter Pence
296.  German Marquez
Tarot of the Diamond:  TOD-16.  Kevin Kiermaier

Oh sure, I don't really have any desire for Rays cards...but I'm still happy with that 1:9 Tarot of the Diamond card (+4 points).  The only negative was the one Cub (-2).

Pack total:  4 - 2 = 2 points
Total so far:  57 points

Overall standings:
Target 2:  57 points
Target 1:  39 points
Walmart:  33 points

With only one pack remaining in each blaster, it's going to take something special to pass Target 2.  Stay tuned to see if we actually do get something special.
