The Sixth Set I've Completed in 2020 is...

The penultimate set that I was able to complete with my semi-recent COMC order was the 2018 Topps Allen & Ginter Baseball Equipment of the Ages set:

It's hard for me to believe that it took nearly two years for me to complete this fairly common set.  From what I can figure, the 2018 Allen & Ginter set must not have been overly popular.  At least, it sure seems that way given that my want list is full of needs from 2018 Ginter including two other full-sized insert sets (more on that in a moment).

Returning our attention to the set at hand, the Baseball Equipment set is actually kind of cool even if if the photos are a bit dull (I don't know how you'd make a photo of a radar gun super interesting).  According to the back of the card, radar guns made their way to baseball in the 1960s.  I would have guessed a little later than that but that's probably why I'm not a baseball historian!

Unfortunately, while I did complete one set from 2018 today I still have a long, long way to go until I can remove the year from my want list altogether.

Yikes!  Clearly there is a lot of work for me to do yet in terms of my collecting goals.  Heck, most of those minis aren't even terribly rare - and the two full sized inserts are super common and yet here I am, missing them.  If you can help me out with anything above from 2018 (or anything else on my want list) please let me know!  I'd love to work out a trade and inch closer to completing another set.
