The Black and White Mini-Diamond Refractors were only available in the "Lite" boxes of 2022 Topps Chrome Platinum Anniversary.  Seeded 1:4 packs, they aren't exactly rare, and yet, given that you could only find this set in a single distribution type of packaging, the parallels aren't exactly easy to track down either! The black-and-white effect doesn't look great for modern players - and while the card does look better in hand compared to the scan, I can safely say that this is a bottom-tier parallel design for the 2022 set!
