So Much Shiny!

Last week, I made a purchase on eBay for a lot of 2024 Topps Allen & Ginter Chrome Refractors.  The auction sold for under $6 (not counting shipping) and netted me a total of 11 different Refractors.  Of course, I had a couple of them but still, those duplicates will hopefully be useful as trade bait to get any of the remaining Refractors that I'm still missing.

Anyhow, you aren't here to read about what I still need but rather, you are here to see what I now own!

 Behold the shiny:

The Chrome Refractors look awesome and if I ever get the full set completed it'll look extra amazing in my binder!

Highlights from this particular lot include the Gunnar Henderson along with a nice Mookie Betts Refractor.

While that batch of Chrome Refractors certainly was a nice boon to my collection, it was actually only the first of two Refractor lots that I grabbed off of ebay (both going for under $10 each).  My second lot was for 10 cards including a Jordan Lawler rookie.

Now that I have these two lots in hand, my 2024 Topps Allen & Ginter Chrome Refractor set sits at 42% complete at the moment.  On the bright side, that means I'm nearly halfway done with my set build and that's how I'll choose to look at my progress for now.

I guess I need to keep scouring eBay for other Refractor lots such as the one I got here since trading for the Refractors on TCDB has proven to be a slow process!
