As the post title says, I'm still on my "holiday break" from blogging but that hasn't stopped me from completing a few more trades over on TCDB. While I don't plan to return to full-time blogging again until after the New Year, I did want to acknowledge a trade or two that arrived in the past week from my dealings on TCDB.
We'll begin with a trade with user Chickengood:
This trade had a bit of it all, a needed card from the 90s plus a bunch of goodies from this year's Allen & Ginter set. I'm still plugging away at all of the various inserts in 2024 Ginter but I am pleased to report that I now have the Rookie Design Variation set complete thanks to Chickengood! I can also report that the Coconut card from the Got the Itch set smells strongly of coconut.
Second (and lastly), from user uel comes more 2024 Ginter minis:
A nice smattering of mini inserts including a card celebrating one of my "go to" foods when at a ballgame: chicken fingers (ideally in a chicken finger basket if I'm ordering). The back of the card clearly states that chicken fingers are designed for children first but hey, adults can have them too!
