The past few weeks have been a "time warp" for me on the baseball card front. Why, you ask? I've received a pair of trades from long-time trading buddies, both surprise mailings like bloggers used to do "back in the day." My first envelope was from Dennis over at Too Many Verlanders (I highlighted that package here). Today, I have a PWE from Kerry over at Cards on Cards.
Kerry is one of my longest-tenured trading partners so it's always a fun surprise to get a mailing from him (and he always seems to have nice Reds cards for me)! The latest envelope is no exception as he sent me this super shiny Barry Larkin card from 2024 Panini Prizm.

If I'm not mistaken, this is a Blue Ice Prizm parallel - one of the many parallels in the set (and one of the better-looking ones if you ask me)! Many thanks to Kerry for the surprise card and by the time you read this, Kerry, you should have a return mailing on its way to you! It's been fun being in this time warp of sorts, I do miss the heyday of baseball card blogs (and trading)!
